Over the years, Music Events of VT has used the most modern audio playback equipment available, from the Technics SL-1200MK2 vinyl turntables in the 90's, to the CDJ line of Pioneer CD players in the 2000's,  to today's fully digital set-up using Denon controllers alongside Serato Scratch Live software.

Being digital today gives the ability to access tens of thousands of songs, all ready to play at a moment's notice, and filter it all for that perfect song to fit the moment at hand.

JBL loudspeakers have been a staple of our events through years, as have Gemini, Numark, and Vestax mixers, and we can't forget our Crown, QSC and Behringer amplifiers. 

Since 1998, our preferred wireless microphone has been the Shure SM58, considered the industry standard for live vocal performance microphones for more than four decades.  

Lighting has always come standard at no extra cost at our events, with our favorite effects from American DJ and Chauvet.  Our current standard effect is the Chauvet GigBAR MOVE.  Each GigBAR includes two moving heads, two derbies, two washes, a laser effect and strobe effect.  We provide one GigBAR for smaller events, (roughly less than 75 people) and two GigBARs for larger events:
